Yeah, that's pretty much what it looks like at my house too. Adult on the floor+kid=kid riding adult on the floor.
Ha ha! That's my excuse too. My kids won't LET me exercise.
It is like adding resistance. LOL

That is funny! I've never tried yoga but I bet my kids would do the same thing.
My nephews used to do that to me and my sister ALL the time - as soon as we got on our backs to do crunches, her boys would be crawling all over us!

I'm at work and all of my coworkers were so laughing at me! I have alot of years invested in that show! :)
