It's New Year's Eve, the last day of 2011. Let's see, I know 2009 was bad, 2010 was good, 2011 bad, so I hate to put pressure on you 2012 but you're supposed to be a good year for me!

I talked about my perfume yesterday, so today it's Billy's turn. This is actually my favorite scent on him and I think I've gotten this for him for the last 3 Christmas's. It's nothing fancy, but I like it (and he does, too!). I usually put it in his stocking, which we open together by ourselves. But, this year I put it in a gift bag and brought it with us to my parent's house. He told me later he was a little embarrassed opening it in front of them. Because of the name, maybe?? Haha!

Another one of my Christmas presents! Juicy Couture's Viva La Juicy rollerball perfume. I've never had a rollerball perfume before so I put it on my wishlist. The actual scent was a surprise though. Billy said it was his favorite that he smelled. I can't describe it, maybe fruity floral? It's kind of strong to me, I tend to go for the vanilla and coconut scents - Sand & Sable and Harajuku Lovers G are my faves. He actually got me another Harajuku Lovers scent (Love? Music?) a couple of years ago that reminds me of this. Hmmm. I think we are on totally different pages when it comes to perfume.
I'm on a rollerball kick now. I want more! I think I need to put G on my birthday wishlist.

My pretty purse!
I love this. The slouchiness of it, how casual it is, the color, the fact that it's crossbody, and especially the price - on clearance at Target for $13.

Library visit!
Shopaholic and Sister by Sophie Kinsella. After this I'll be done with that series.
Mommywood by Tori Spelling. I liked sTori Telling, so I picked this one up.
Agnes and The Hitman by Jennifer Crusie and Bob Mayer. The last book I read by Crusie had ghosts in it and I would actually get a little freaked out if I was reading at night. Ha!
Cell by Stephen King. I have about a zillion King books stored in boxes at my parent's house. I haven't read him in a long time, so I'm looking forward to this one.

One of my Christmas presents! I love it. Velvet bow was on my wish list, and apparently it was a little difficult for Billy to track down. He finally found it in set, so I got 3 surprise polishes! If I was a good blogger there would be swatches of these in this post. But, well, you know. Anyway, the red glitter looks a lot like Ruby Pumps (which I wore on my toes for my wedding!), but I can't wait to try that gorgeous green creme and the gold/red/green glitter.

Picked up a few more books last Monday. It's kinda the usual -
sTori Telling by Tori Spelling. I noticed they had her Mommyhood book. I'll probably get that next time.
Maybe This Time by Jennifer Crusie. In the last Jennifer Crusie book I checked out, someone had written 'pah!' next to everything they thought was funny. I found myself looking for the pahs whenever I turned a page.
Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella. Couldn't find the last Shopaholic book I need to read, so I picked this up instead.

Here are a few more things on my Christmas wishlist.
China Glaze Velvet Bow. This looks really pretty. I actually haven't seen it in real life, but Scrangie did a swatch and review and I must have it. Oh, I also need a new bottle of Orly Bonder. I'll have to remember to add that to the list.
I hardly ever buy music, but I really want this cd. Whenever I've got Pandora on, it's usually on Adele radio.
With all the cute key chains that exist out there, this is my favorite. It's about a second away from breaking.
I'm so easy to shop for! :)

It's December, so I knew I didn't have too much longer to make it to my 'once a year' movie. Billy was off today and I got off at 11, so today was the day. I had just watched New Moon and Eclipse over the past couple of days, so I wanted to see Breaking Dawn. I didn't like the first Twilight movie, but I think they've gotten better each time. So this one is definitely my favorite - so far.

I'm awesome. I went to Garden Ridge today and didn't get a single thing for myself, but look what I picked up for my sister -
Excuse the bad pic. It's just so much easier to take a picture with my phone and send it to my email to save, than to plug in a cord. But, look! Spooky tombstones! All for about 11 bucks. Great deal.
Speaking of Halloween (a Halloween post in December?!), here was my 1st ever attempt at decorating -
I wish you could see my bird, the spider and web, and my halloween sign a little better. The climbing skeleton idea came from pinterest. We also had spooky music playing. We will probably do the same thing next year, although the skeleton freaks me out a little because when I'm sitting on the couch, I look over to the door and see this staring back at me -
