Ha ha! That's my excuse too. My kids won't LET me exercise.

That is funny! I've never tried yoga but I bet my kids would do the same thing.
My nephews used to do that to me and my sister ALL the time - as soon as we got on our backs to do crunches, her boys would be crawling all over us!
This is a great pic!And I am glad I am not the only who was crying at ER.. !I'm at work and all of my coworkers were so laughing at me! I have alot of years invested in that show! :)
