Wait! One More Thing...

It's Food Friday!

I just had to use my 'after Christmas clearance' Santa at least one time before I packed it away with all the other Christmas things. So, instead of chips and dip or crackers and cheese, I made mini cupcakes and frosting. Perfect to pig out on before my New Years resolution to eat better begins. And when I say I 'made' them, I mean I used a box of cake mix and a tub of frosting.

Have a great weekend!

  10. Ha! That's how I bake things! Are you saying people actually make cake from scratch? I've never heard of such a ridiculous thing to do!

  16. Fantastic Idea - Hope you don't mind if I use your idea at the next family get together. I personally love my cupcakes with no icing & this way everyone could have as much or little as they want.

  19. I didn't buy any of the on sale Christmas stuff. I like snowmen. There was quite a few items I liked but I just didn't want to try and find a place to store it.

Nothing wrong with cake mix and canned icing.
