I don't really enjoy cooking, but I think I actually like to bake. I made a couple things over the weekend, one being a lemon loaf. I'm not a huge fan of lemony desserts, but Billy is, so this one I made for him. Not that I haven't eaten my share - it turned out really good!
Mmm...looks good! If you start baking more I may need to give you back your stand mixer:)
